Early bird registration is extended till March 10, 2018. In case that you will not participate on all workshop days, please note it in registration form. Discount for reduced number of stay in hotel for that case will be applied.

Standard registration until April 15, 2018 – registration fee 450 EUR
Conference fee includes double room in Hotel Pharos for May 21-25, 2018, tourist tax, breakfast, coffee breaks, conference lunches, welcome and gala dinner, proceedings and a full-day tour of the Island of Hvar with cruise to Pakleni Otoci. Take a look at program for options.
Extra charge for single room is 160 EUR.
Accompanying person, fee 300 EUR, includes double room in Hotel Pharos for May 21-25, 2018, tourist tax, breakfast, welcome and gala dinner and a full-day tour of the Island of Hvar with cruise to Pakleni Otoci.
It is possible to extend your stay at the hotel as follows: May 19 to May 21 / May 25 to May 27 for 85 EUR per single room per night or 90 EUR per double room per night (incl. breakfast).
For participation in a Commission workshop, young researchers can apply for a scholarship of maximum €500 (or €750 when the applicant is from a non-developed member nation). All interested to apply for the ICA Scholarships 2017–2019 please inform commission chair dusan.petrovic@fgg.uni-lj.si and be sure to submit an extended abstract of proposed paper/poster/presentation before February 28, 2018 using submission system on this site.
